They are the absolute BEST Mexican food truck in town. We tried the gorditas de harina, flautas de pollo, and a burrito. The flavor is out of this world, and It is perfectly seasoned instead of being drowned out by heavy flavors like bay leaf and cloves. The natural flavors of the meat are highlighted. The burritos are just meat and some beans, which is GREAT since it's not 90% rice and lettuce and other fillers with a tiny bit of meat just to say there's some in there. The tortillas used for the gorditas are fuffly and soft. The red salsa is my favorite it's got such a depth for flavor and the spice level is perfection I appreciate that when ordering the flautas they give you the salsa and crema in cups and the salad on the side so the flautas stay crunchy! It's definitely going to be my new regular spot! A true taste of home!
